All wedding guest books are made to order, although I do occasionally have a few already made and ready to ship. In such instances, this will be stated in the product description.
As your guest book is most likely to be made to order, please allow 15 working days before despatch. Delivery within the UK will normally be within 1-2 working day of despatch by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Delivery to destinations outside the UK will normally be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of despatch.
PAYMENTS
All payments made via the E Crater website go through the third party secure payment gateway, PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account in order to use this service.
However, for UK customers only, I am happy to accept payment by cheque - made payable to LILY ROSE & WYLDE and posted to the following address:

If you have free online banking and would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, please contact me and request my business banking details.
Returns Policy
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, the item arrives damaged in some way, please report this as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days of receipt. I will do my best to put things right. In the unlikely event that the item is too damaged to be repaired, then a full refund will be issued.
To summarise the returns policy: as each item is made to order, I am unable to accept returns for any other reason than if the item has arrived damaged, or if the wrong item has been sent, or if I have made a mistake with a personalisation request.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
